Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. Should you wish to exchange or refund your purchased product within that time period, we will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding cost of shipping). If 7 calendar days have passed since receipt of delivery/collection, the option of a refund or exchange is unfortunately void.

NB: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

If you would like to action a return (assuming your order is within the valid return period), email your request to the contact person that processed your order/invoice to arrange the receipt of the unit/s in question.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product i.e. a different colour/fabric, or an item of the same price. Otherwise, a refund and new purchase must be processed.

Returns and/or refunds are only valid for regular priced items, outside of product faults or damage within warranty (see Warranty allowances). Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. This is non-negotiable.
