Where can I physically see the products?
All our items in stock are available for viewing at our showroom:
Unit B, 23 Estmil Road, Diep River.

Do you manufacture the products locally?

No. All our products are imported.

Do you have the item I want in stock?

All our advertised products are held in stock, so are available immediately. If an item is listed as ‘out of stock’, it is no longer available but you can enquire as to whether that unit will be re-ordered.

Can I customise a certain product?

No. Outside of the options that we already offer, unfortunately we cannot offer any customisation of the products, including re-colouring/spraying or re-upholstery.

What is your warranty policy?
Our products are warranted for a period of 1 year from date of delivery/collection in respect of frame and workmanship. See our Warranty section for more detail.
Can I return my purchase?
Provided the products are returned within 14 calendar days, were regular priced items (i.e. not sale items) and are in the same condition they were received, including original packaging, then any items can absolutely be returned. See our Returns section for more detail.
Do you deliver?
Couriered delivery can be quoted and arranged for. Note that this cost is covered at the buyer/s’ expense. See our Delivery section for more detail.
How long will my order take?
All our advertised products are held in stock, so are available immediately. If an item is listed as ‘out of stock’, it is no longer available but you can enquire as to whether that unit will be re-ordered. If you have requested delivery with Basis, we will advise on likely delivery lead times.
